a collective of my brands and businesses

in one convenient place

For years, I thought showing up meant having it all together—looking flawless, staying guarded, and pretending like nothing could shake me. But truth is, that pressure to be perfect only kept me from being real, from growing. It was exhausting. I know what it’s like to juggle businesses, family, and personal battles, all while feeling like I had to keep it together for everyone else. But I’ve learned that real strength comes from letting the facade fall, and that’s when the real growth begins. This space is for those who are ready to do the same—get honest, get raw, and step fully into their power, without the pressure to be anything but real.

The Wellpreneur Club is about more than just business. It’s about embracing the messy, imperfect, and powerful journey we’re all on. MEET ME

I’m Ali, a multi-business entrepreneur, wife, and mother of three boys, and the heart behind the Wellpreneur Club. My journey hasn’t been easy, and it sure wasn’t traditional. I didn’t finish college, and everything I know, I taught myself. I started from scratch, bootstrapping every single business until recently, when I began bringing in investors to fuel my larger visions. Along the way, I’ve made mistakes, learned hard lessons, and figured out how to build success from the ground up.

Over the years, I’ve founded and scaled multiple businesses across various industries, each one teaching me more about leadership, growth, and the importance of being real. From beauty to real estate to wellness, my ventures reflect the balance I’ve fought hard to achieve between building impactful businesses and staying grounded in my family life. Here’s a glimpse into the raw journey that brought me here:

The Lash Refinery

My first taste of entrepreneurship was scrappy, to say the least. I started The Lash Refinery behind the chair in my college dorm, my apartments, and even my mother-in-law’s basement. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was real. I didn’t have a roadmap—I figured it out as I went. This is where I learned to hustle and grind, and it laid the foundation for how I would build all my future businesses.

Face Foundrie

Face Foundrie was a turning point in my journey. As a co-founder, I helped develop this clean beauty facial bar into a destination for accessible skincare services. It grew fast, and in 2020, I sold my stake in the company. But navigating the sale was one of the hardest experiences of my life. It’s so easy to become emotionally attached to a business—you pour your heart and soul into it, and selling it can feel like going through a painful divorce. Letting go wasn’t just a business decision, it was an emotional one, and that experience taught me more about myself and business than anything else. I learned the importance of creating something that stands on its own, even when you’re no longer at the helm.

LABB Collective

After selling Face Foundrie, I launched LABB Collective, a beauty and wellness destination offering lash, aesthetic, and brow services. LABB Collective has become a place of creativity and beauty, and while I don’t plan to scale it, it continues to be a space that reflects my passion for the beauty industry.

Arch Salon & Suites

Together with my business partner, Alexis, we launched Arch Salon & Suites—a space where beauty professionals can build their own businesses with independence and support. This wasn’t just about creating another salon—it was about giving others the chance to thrive and grow on their own terms, something I wish I had more of when I started.

The Collective Minneapolis

I co-founded The Collective Minneapolis with two other women to bring like-minded women together in a community of support and empowerment. Our goal was to create a space where women could connect, collaborate, and help each other achieve their highest potential. The Collective Minneapolis is more than just a business—it’s about fostering deep connections and elevating one another through shared experiences and meaningful growth.

Gypcycle (Gypsum Drywall Recycling)

My husband, Lou, and I then co-founded Gypcycle, a gypsum drywall recycling company focused on sustainability. We break down drywall into reusable material for agriculture, and this business reflects our commitment to both innovation and environmental responsibility. Gypcycle is one of the most impactful ventures we’ve worked on, merging sustainability with business success.

The Poconos Club

More recently, Lou and I acquired 409 acres in the Poconos Mountains, including a golf course that we’re transforming into The Poconos Club. This project is huge, with plans for residential and commercial development, a luxury hotel, and a wedding venue. It’s a bold vision, and we’ve brought in investors to help bring it to life. This was a big shift for me—going from bootstrapping everything to raising capital. It’s been a whole new learning curve, but it’s what’s allowing me to take these projects to the next level.

Wellpreneur Club

The Wellpreneur Club is my most personal project. After years of working behind the scenes, building brands, and figuring it out all on my own, I realized I needed a space to share the raw, unfiltered version of my journey. I’ve learned so much through trial and error, and I wish someone had shown me the ropes earlier. The Wellpreneur Club is a place where I can do that for others—helping you shave time off the learning curve by sharing the hard-earned lessons I’ve gathered along the way. It’s about being real, stripping away the need for perfection, and focusing on the messy, imperfect process of growth.

Nanne Collective

Multiple services that I offer - Including bridal hair + makeup services and coordination with the highest level of stylists hand-picked by me depending on the needs of the bride. I offer business coaching services for new and experienced entrepreneurs through Nanne Collective as well.

The Lash Refinery - Re-branded into LABB Collective

My first taste of entrepreneurship was scrappy, to say the least. I started The Lash Refinery behind the chair in my college dorm, my apartments, and even my mother-in-law’s basement. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was real. I didn’t have a roadmap—I figured it out as I went. This is where I learned to hustle and grind, and it laid the foundation for how I would build all my future businesses.

Face Foundrie - Sold in 2020

My Philosophy

I’ve spent years feeling like I had to keep it all together, especially in the beauty industry. But I’m learning that the real power lies in showing up as I am—flaws and all. As I work on stripping away my own guarded layers, I’m seeing how this internal growth is promising even more growth in my businesses. The more I let go of perfection, the more I allow myself and my businesses to evolve authentically. Whether it’s through my businesses or the Wellpreneur Club, I’m here to share what I’ve learned and help others do the same.
